      Im Karman, a travel-obsessed food enthusiast and Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. Also a huge fan of the great outdoors! I started this blog in 2012 as a way to keep up with all of the recipes I created on whim but soon found that I loved sharing my food with others! In most of my recipe posts, I share the nutrition highlights of the recipe and try to include a unique ingredient that may be less familiar to many people. My goal here is to encourage you to get into the kitchen & have fun with food!
